OUR TYPES OF INTERVENTIONS

We intervene in the different phases of elaboration of territorial strategies with the establishments, the local authorities and the ARS:

Territorial diagnosis

During our assessments, we try to include as many of the project's stakeholders as possible, including patients from a wide range of facilities, so as to provide a complete diagnosis of the local offer.

Our strength: collaborative thinking. Our specific expertise lies in organizing events to share the diagnosis and co-construct the action plan. Our team has the flexibility to travel to any location, as well as facilitating meetings in a remote or hybrid model, using classic and innovative techniques.

We carry out tailor-made diagnostics to respond to complex problems and offer a range of diagnostics such as :

  • Quantitative diagnosis, based on health data
  • Qualitative diagnosis, integrating many actors
  • Complete diagnosis of institutions or hospital groups
  • Analysis of demand for care

Scenario proposal and evaluation

We support health and medical-social players in identifying scenarios, based on their diagnosis and development requirements, and in evaluating them.

Thanks to our innovative design thinking tools, we can involve project stakeholders (medical teams, caregivers, patients, etc.) in the creation or testing of scenarios. We also organize "Kaizen" seminars , featuring innovative workshops designed to place participants in real-life, pro-active situations.

To support stakeholders in choosing a scenario, we set up a comitology between several decision-makers, to objectify and make transparent the different visions, in order to find a consensus. Once the scenario has been chosen, we can provide the tools for its implementation.

Feasibility studies

Our firm supports organizations in their investment projects and helps you design your business plan.
We help you design your business plan using a wide range of tools:

  • trend growth assessments
  • cautious assessments of territorial positioning and potential capture of market share
  • extensive documentary research

Finally, thanks to our network of healthcare experts, our analysis of hospital, medico-social and demographic data, and our documentary research, we are able to design reliable and precise financing plans tailored to your needs.

Support for the implementation of healthcare and medico-social system reforms

We also support our customers in the implementation of health and medico-social reforms, providing them with :

  • an insight into the content of the reforms and their operational implementation
  • optimizing the impact of the reform on the company's situation
  • support for their implementation

Reforms often have a territorial dimension, requiring coordination between players. To this end, our experience with the various players in the healthcare system enables us to offer you the benefit of a global approach to the health and medico-social sector, to ensure successful implementation.

OUR BEAUTIFUL STORIES

Supporting a GHT in the development of its territorial medical project

GovHe assists an ARS in drawing up a GHT territory medical project.

To this end, a diagnosis of the area (population needs, available supply and responses to needs) was first carried out by means of quantitative studies and meetings with local players.

Support for the merger of two hospital centers

We accompanied the merger and reconstruction of two hospitals in a project that straddled the COPERMO (2 passages) and CNIS procedures.

We contributed to theadaptation of the file to CNIS requirements, as well as to post-COVID feedback. We also led the definition of the post-merger organization , as well as the definition of the information systems evolution plan.

We steered the implementation of action plans and supported certain project actions.

Market study on the relevance of creating a new private hospital of excellence in Dakar (Senegal)

Every year, Senegal loses 30 billion CFA francs due to the outflow of Senegalese patients to competitor countries: Côte d'Ivoire, Morocco, France and, more recently, Turkey.

Would the solution to this shortfall be to create a private hospital in Dakar, which would position itself as a hospital center of excellence in Senegal and the sub-region?

OUR BEAUTIFUL STORIES

Supporting a GHT in the development of its territorial medical project

GovHe is assisting an ARS in the development of the GHT's territorial medical project. To this end, a diagnosis of the territory (needs of the population, available supply and responses to needs) was first carried out by means of numerical studies and meetings with local players.

This inventory made it possible to identify, in consultation with the key players, the priority sectors of the territory's project. On the basis of the diagnosis and the sectors identified beforehand, 16 workshops were held with the territory's healthcare professionals in order to define the territory's future offer and build a graduated approach to care.

At the same time, 4 webinars dealt with cross-cutting issues such as medical attractiveness, e-health and local hospitals.

The diagnosis and work resulting from the workshops and webinars, enriched by the various exchanges with health professionals from the city and the hospital, will make it possible to formalize the territory's medical project, which will constitute the GHT's short-, medium- and long-term roadmap.

Market study on the relevance of creating a new private hospital of excellence in Dakar, Senegal

Every year, Senegal loses 30 billion CFA francs because of the leakage of Senegalese patients to competing countries: the Ivory Coast, Morocco, France, and more recently, Turkey. Would the solution to this shortage be the creation of a private hospital in Dakar, which would position itself as a hospital center of excellence in Senegal and in the sub-region?

To determine this, our team conducted a market study based on an in-depth literature review, numerous qualitative interviews with stakeholders in the sub-regional health ecosystem, an estimate of current and 20-year health needs, and a study of the existing offer. Our analysis of the business plan, the planned capacity and the strategic positioning of this future hospital, which had already been designed by the clinic carrying the project, enabled us to make recommendations for the imminent implementation of the project.
