PATIENT PATHWAY ORGANIZATION AND INNOVATION IN
CARE MANAGEMENT

Drawing on innovative and collaborative design methods (e.g. design thinking, lean), GovHe works with stakeholders to identify current dysfunctions and the levers for creating organizational innovations and new financing models.

We also help them to change their institutions and practices in favor of sustainable development, and to structure research within their establishments. For manufacturers, we carry out benchmarking and business cases for the deployment of products or solutions.

OUR BEAUTIFUL STORIES

Transformation of patient pathways and care

As part of the Art 51 experiments of the 2018 LFSS, the firm supported the implementation of a national project (45 participating sites) estimated at nearly 28 million euros, which aims to innovate the patient pathway by placing coordination between town-based players and hospital professionals at its center.

State of the art of research activities

A healthcare establishment wanted to add a research component to its corporate project. With three university centers, a large part of the facility's research was carried out by these teams, but management wanted to promote more research carried out in all the centers.

Innovative connected object in cardiology

For manufacturers, the rise in the use of connected objects in patient care is a great opportunity, but deploying the right tool that meets the needs of professionals in terms of both use and clinical need remains a daily challenge

Our customer wanted to commission a benchmark study of the connected solutions available in cardiology.

Organizational experiments Art 51

GovHe assists Article 51 project leaders in the design, management and implementation of experiments in the region. Support in the design process includes assistance in drafting the letter of intent (the scope of the experiment, the basket of services/care, the strategic and operational objectives, the expected impacts, the roles of the professionals, the construction of the economic model and calculation of the fees) and support in drafting the specifications. Support for piloting and implementation includes methodology (tools to help with project management, billing, organization of the patient pathway and coordination of health professionals), training (use of the A51 platform, thematic webinars, experience sharing), communication (communication documents for patients and health professionals) and organization of data collection for the subsequent evaluation of the experiment.

State of the art of research activities

A health care institution wanted to add a research component to its institutional project. Having three university clusters, a large part of the institution's research was carried out by these teams, but the management wanted to promote more research carried out in all the clusters.

GovHe accompanied them in order to identify the personnel involved in the activities, in which themes and in collaboration with which teams. Our mission also consisted in determining the structure of the research support services and the current obstacles to the development of research activity in the institution.

To do so, we relied on individual and group interviews, surveys and working groups with members of the scientific council.

For manufacturers, the rise in the use of connected objects in care is a great opportunity, but the deployment of the right tool, which corresponds to the needs of professionals in terms of both use and clinical need, remains a daily challenge.

Our client wished to mobilize a benchmark study concerning the connected solutions available in cardiology. This study had a double objective

Thanks to our network, our team was able to define 4 priority needs and analyze, through an in-depth benchmark, the positioning of the resulting solutions in terms of potential market, return on investment for the institutions and risks/opportunities related to the development of each solution.

This benchmark has enabled this manufacturer to identify its development strategy for this route in the years to come.
