Personal/work life balance
Being a consultant is a demanding job. It requires involvement, commitment and sometimes sacrifice for our customers (work capacity, travel, etc.).
Combining personal and professional life is essential at Govhe which has made it a priority. A number of initiatives are in place to help everyone find a balance:

- rest arrangements for long trips (5 days or more)
Training and apprenticeship
GovHe is committed to develop their knowledge and skills.
To this end, in addition to access to training courses, we organize weekly shared time between consultants to meet different objectives:
- train consultants on various subjects
- provide feedback on missions
- reflect collectively on the development of the firm

What is our recruitment process?
Our recruitment process is common to our 3 offices (Paris, Lyon, Toulouse) and consists of 3 rounds of interviews as follows:
1st round
Interview presentation and case study with a senior/confirmed consultant
2nd round
Motivational interview and case study with a manager
3rd round
Motivational interview and case study with general manager
Whatever the outcome of your application, we promise to give you explicit feedback as soon as possible.
The process is adapted for seniors and managers according to their profile and experience.
Retention of unsuccessful applications for up to 2 years after the end of recruitment, with the possibility of objecting after 3 months.
