If all our consultants share the same vocation for the world of healthcareWhile all our consultants share the same vocation for the world of healthcare, and are all graduates of top-ranking schools, the profiles have been deliberately chosen to complement each other rather than overlap: engineering schools, scientific/PhD backgrounds, business schools and political science backgrounds are all represented at GovHe.
In the same vein, we have brought together international international profiles capable of bringing a broader vision of the world of healthcare.
Finally, all our teams work fluently in English, in addition to the 5 other languages spoken in the firm.

Antoine Georges-Picot
Health: a priority for public action
A former ENA student, I chose to work on the transformation of the health system more than 25 years ago, first at the Ministry of Health and then as a consultant in strategy and organization.
The healthcare system is constantly changing in order to provide an appropriate response to the needs of today's and tomorrow's patients thanks to the major scientific and organizational innovations that are constantly emerging.
Health has become a top priority for public action at all levels: the State, local authorities, public establishments, associations and private actors. All of these actors are mobilized in order to respond, with all the constraints of the current period, to the expectations of citizens for equal access to quality care.
One ambition: to contribute to the evolution of the healthcare system!
I wanted to contribute to the evolution of the healthcare system by being as close as possible to public and private players and to support them in the success of their projects thanks to the mobilization of numerous resources and expertise.
The team of consultants at GovHe combines the expertise of the sector's challenges with the know-how of the largest firms.
With its rich diversity of backgrounds and nationalities, the team has everything it takes to fulfill this ambition.

Pauline Albouy Pomponne
Manager - Toulouse
Ingénieur Civil des Mines de Nancy, Pauline has 24 years' experience in consulting firms, mainly working on transformation projects with an information systems dimension.
In the healthcare sector, she has worked on shared information systems, mergers and large-scale reorganizations.
Bénédicte Bruzzi
Manager - Lyon
A graduate of EM Lyon, Benedicte began her career as a consultant with Capgemini Consulting, where she led hospital efficiency missions and helped establishments implement their strategic and organizational projects.
She then worked in healthcare establishments, in Human Resources and Organization departments.
Céline Bruelle
Manager - Paris
Céline Bruelle began her career in facility management. She has since opted for a cross-functional approach to healthcare organizations. She turned to consulting after completing a Master's degree in Health Economics and Management at Dauphine, which enabled her to develop her analytical and economic skills in healthcare organizations.
François Richou
Manager - Paris
François holds a Master's degree in Strategy and Management from ESSEC and a Master's degree in Health Economics and Management from CNAM. He has 20 years of experience in the health sector (public and private), which has enabled him to support projects at the level of services, establishments and territorial organization of care.
Yasmina Belbachir
Administrative and Accounting Manager
Since joining GovHe 5 years ago, Yasmina has been responsible for various in-house support tasks, including administrative, accounting, sales and HR management.
SENIORS
Armance Soto
Senior Consultant - Toulouse
A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, ESSEC and a Master's degree in Business Law, Armance began her professional life as a consultant at CMI Stratégies, where she led missions to define and implement public innovation policies, and assisted public institutions and hospitals in defining their strategy and governance as well as in optimizing their processes.
Coralie Dumoulin
Senior Consultant - Lyon
Coralie began her studies in the field of sports with a master's degree in adapted physical activity, followed by a second one in research and performance, which allowed her to complete a doctorate on the theme of the creation, development and evaluation of an innovative device to fight obesity.
Marianne Haddad
Senior Consultant - Paris
A graduate of the ESPCI and ESSEC business schools, Marianne's initial experience was in research and strategy for a pharmaceutical company. Passionate about the healthcare sector, she joined GovHe in 2021. She is now a senior consultant, contributing to project management and strategic and innovation issues.
Lili Azaroual Vidal
Senior Consultant - Paris
Lili holds a Master's degree in Management from HEC Paris, and a university degree in Epidemiology from the University of Bordeaux. She began her career in the evaluation of international impact projects in several developing countries.
Inès de Chezelles
Senior Consultant - Paris
Graduated from the Master in International Healthcare Management, Economics & Policy at Bocconi University, she started her career in business development, project management and strategy in different startups. Passionate about the healthcare sector, she joined GovHe in 2021 as a junior consultant. She mainly contributes to the development of medical projects and the evaluation of innovation projects in health.

An engineering graduate of CentraleSupélec, Véra is currently a Senior Consultant, after a one-year work-study program at GovHe, in a double degree program with Sciences Po specializing in Public Health.

After a year's work experience in the pharmaceutical industry and several internships in the healthcare sector, Laura is currently a junior consultant at GovHe.
Lise Athimon
Work-study student - Lyon
Currently in her final year of a master's degree in management at emlyon business school, Lise is doing a one-year work-study program with the company.
