Our trainers
Pauline ALBOUY POMPONNE
Pauline has more than 15 years' experience as a trainer, on subjects relating to project management and collective intelligence.. She has also lectured to 2nd year students at Toulouse Business School on information systems management. With solid experience in collaborative approaches, she is a referent trainer for GovHe Omega's training courses. She is in the process of obtaining Black Belt certification in Lean Management.
Céline BRUELLE
With 12 years' experience in healthcare, Céline began her career in facility management (EHPAD). She then moved into consulting, specializing inchange management. Following her professional coach certificationshe now brings together her knowledge and experience toto support healthcare bodies and establishments in their organizational transformationsShe is also a trainer for GovHe Omega.
Bénédicte BRUZZI
Bénédicte has 15 years' experience in consulting and training. She has solid experience in steering and supporting transformation projects in the healthcare sector. Certified Green Belt in lean management and trained in lean design and collective intelligence techniquesShe supports healthcare players in their training projects, and teaches the courses offered by GovHe Omega.
